Cooking in Paradise

If you want to eat during Ramadan, you have to cook. because all the restaurants are closed. I have been cooking for some of my friends here. They are highly entertained/scared by my cooking. Tonight we are having lasagna. I wonder what they will think about that? Lasagna is really easy in America and relatively easy here, even though you have to make your own cottage cheese. I took a picture because no matter how many times I do it, I'm still impressed with myself. I thought you might be impressed too.
